Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen

Designed exclusively for Depot Boijmans Van Beuningen, The Depot Toolbelt is a signature modular and fashionable toolbelt concept to carry your daily tools.

The Depot Toolbelt consists out of one bag with a crossbody belt, on which a variety of other bags can be attached. The toolbelt concept comes in two color schemes, which can be freely inter-combined. The geometrical design of the Toolbelt is inspired by the raw and futuristic character of the Depot. It balances functionality and aesthetics by presenting a modular and adaptable fashion concept. The base of the toolbelt is made from leftover tarpaulin from Schiedam-based sailmaker Bingham, machine-cut from the canvas by Boer & van Wijk printing company. This is combined with a silver car belt to create a robust and futuristic look.

The bags were locally assembled in the workshop of AnoukxVera at De Wasserij, finished with colorful details such as a neon label and funky strings.
